Job DescriptionOur Client after a Desktop Support Engineer.
To start as soon as possible.
Part time initially (2-3 days per week only), Horsham area
• Must have hands on experience, in a commercial environment, of
Windows operating systems including XP and Vista. Ideally older versions as well, such as 2000, NT4, ME, 98, 95.
• General Microsoft application experience such as Office (version
97 onwards), Anti Virus and other desktop applications.
• Experience of hardware related fault finding.
• Experience of customer facing support and diagnostics
• Be able to communicate to customers who may have no knowledge of
IT at all
• Be willing to drive to customer sites around the Horsham area.
• Will work from Horsham or at home if required (unlikely but possible).
